We would appreciate immediate payment. Any item left unpaid after 2 days and if you do not contact us - will be relisted.
SisterBatik do not accept any liability for any fault in payment made, this is the arena of Paypal who deal with all payments, as our merchant services provider.
Shipping
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. Recycled packaging may sometimes be used to keep costs and the impact on the environment as low as we can.
UK - All shipping is by Royal Mail standard class. Estimated delivery 2+ business days.
Everywhere Else – All shipping is by Royal Mail AirMail. Estimated delivery 5-7 business days.
These are estimated shipping periods, we cannot be held liable for delays by the postal service or customs. If you do experience delay beyond the estimated shipping time please contact us.
Proof of delivery is retained. Standard shipping from the UK is not tracked and covers to the value of £46 in cases of loss. If your purchase is above this value and you would like it to be tracked, please feel free to ask us about purchasing a premium shipping service, which I would be happy to arrange on your behalf - we cannot otherwise accept liability for loss or damage during delivery.
We have sold on-line for a few years and have very rarely had items go missing or damaged during delivery.
